Sample Rate and Buffer Size
GOYO supports sample rates of 44100Hz, 48000Hz, and 96000Hz.
We recommend using an I/O buffer size of 256 or higher.

Installation and Internet Connection
How can I use GOYO after installation?
GOYO is an audio plug-in, necessitating its use within a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). We recommend referring to resources specific to your preferred DAW on how to utilize audio plugins.
Where is GOYO installed?
GOYO is installed in the following locations on your operating system:

Can GOYO be used offline?
While GOYO Beta currently requires an internet connection for usage, we acknowledge the importance of an offline workflow for many of our users. Therefore, we are actively developing an offline activation process for the official release.
Why does GOYO require an internet connection?
We mandate an internet connection for several reasons. This includes safeguarding against unauthorized copying or tampering of our plugin, as well as collecting essential information such as country or DAW usage to better understand our user base and address support issues.
Does GOYO store my audio data?
We do not retain any of your audio sample data.
Known Issues
I have not received the installer yet
We have noticed that our mailing service occasionally experiences delays in delivering emails, especially during periods of high demand for beta user sign-ups. We appreciate your patience as we strive to stabilize our mailing system.
Pro Tools is indicating that GOYO is an invalid 64-bit plugin
Some of our beta users have reported compatibility issues where GOYO is not recognized as a valid 64-bit AAX
plugin in Pro Tools, particularly affecting users running macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or older.
Update: We have added support for macOS 10.13 and above in v0.9.4, which should resolve this issue.

Authorization Error and "You're Offline" Error
A number of our Windows users have reported encountering errors related to authorization and offline connection, even while connected online. We are actively investigating the root cause of these issues.
